| 1600時參加2018漫遊台江安平星光馬拉松,準時開跑感覺跑者沒有去年多,由於腳傷未癒跑不快,就讓能者先行吧!一路慢跑6分速上下,遇補給站就停下吃喝喝加用水淋頭降溫,1730後太陽被雲遮住也要沒力了!跑到林默娘公園附近天色也開始暗下來了!跑到河岸邊全黑了只看到同方向的跑者在拼命跑著,上四草大橋後才接近30K,知道後面才是考驗開始,果然腳要沒力了!雖然沒有抽筋但也只好慢速前進,好在補給站沒缺水,在附近鹿耳門繞了繞才跑進終點,跑完看錶42.5K跑了04:32分,女生有七位在我前面這些都是高手呀! 賽前宣言: 第三次參加全馬! 賽後評分: 補給還算OK,沒有缺水狀況,啤酒、水餃、丸類我沒吃,水跟水果倒是吃了不少!好在天氣幫忙沒有超熱沒看到救護車在跑! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
