第41馬(Y拖第三馬)
一年一度的星光馬又來囉,還是秉持著輕鬆跑的心態來跑,邊跑邊吃邊玩,這就是星光馬的初衷(越慢越浪漫),今年的場地從往年的林默娘公園移至聖母廟,路線也有小改變,但是還是有跑到林默娘公園,一路上用5分半輕鬆的心率來跑,跑完半馬剛好2小時過1分,後半段如果沒掉速,看似有機會破4,所以就盡量維持5分半的速度,後段的心率略有上升,跑到了16X,每到補給站還是都停下來喝水,運動飲料還有一些熱食,美中不足的是好像沒看到冰棒的樣子,過了最後一個補給站後慢慢加速到5分初,就這樣一路滑回終點!
