去年的南橫有幸搭上黑鍋的列車順利完賽
今年自知能力不足還是報名百K就好
賽前蕭大哥臨時託付照顧初百K的同事
就這樣接下這個任務,說實在的心裏還是怕怕的
畢竟自己沒啥麼經驗,萬一讓他人落馬了就真的…
超馬和標馬真的大大的不同
愈後段體力流失及肌耐力的訓練就會展現出來
今年直接上南橫路段,少了去年池上的那一段小12K的平路
難度上真的高了許多,這也是我放棄108的原因(自我訓練不足)
今年的天氣真的是四屆以來最適合跑步的一屆(聽前輩說1、2屆是雨天,去年是大太陽)
一路上有太多的熟面孔,一起來挑戰這高難度的賽事
去年到達折返點時間小6個小時,今年變成快7個小時,真的慢很多,不過跑的舒服最重要了
折返回到利稻,便換上預先準備的鞋子及帶上頭燈及吃些熱身補補能量
抵達低標處天龍飯店剩下22.5K時間還有約3.5小時還來得及關門前
所以有上坡的路段便當當步兵,反正大家都一樣
最後當然也順利的完賽
