雙溪馬,雖然三天前感冒,但是經過二天努力喝白開水及小跑流汗後,雖然前一晚咳不停,但是今早似乎好多了,而自我感覺狀況好得不得了,前天開始就每餐多吃點,早上也吃得不少,覺得雙腿彈性很好,一點都沒有疲累感,就知道今天應該可以跑得不錯了。
合宜的氣溫及絲絲小雨構成了最適跑馬的天氣,一路照著配速前進,絲亳都沒感覺到腿力不足,今天完全是心肺支配著肌力,只要心肺夠跑多快就跑多快。折返後肌力依然不減,照以往經驗,今天是好日子了!
跑到約莫25K看著前面的路被對向跑者佔滿了,或走或拉筋,有人氣喘如牛,而對照自己狀況,完全沒有絲亳不適,而且愈跑愈輕,不覺地心也飄了起來,笑了!
