| 第一次夏天跑百K,原想在山上氣侯應該比較涼爽。但百K的路線幅原廣闊,中午沒有林蔭的公路還是發熱發燙的。53K後只好穿室內拖應急,但缺點是腳趾緣磨到破皮,有帶透氣膠帶剛好用完,補給站志工的OK繃黏不勞,辛苦的雙腳又受苦了。
藉慰的是阿里山景色真的很棒,趁清晨下坡先趕點路,經過十字車站還跑鐵軌路,只能踏枕木前進,還好很早沒火車經過,不然跑給火車追不知是何模様。
越野路和爛路有一半以上,跑起來不輕鬆。過了31K補給站後就和萬定哥跑在一起,雖有雲雀離線地圖,但有時還是亂飛亂叫,多幾個跑友確認比較不會出錯。
折返點在石盤谷瀑布停車場,一路陡升很磨人。加上回程的陡降坡,股四頭肌變得硬梆梆,真的操爆了。4點多終於降雨稍緩路面和身上的熱氣,回61K補給站離關門時間還有5小時。與萬定哥決定上坡走,下坡及平路跑。8點關門時間內完赛應該沒問題,最後10K肚子好餓,腳趾痛,快要連走路都没力氣,只能走走停停。過大凍山登山口剩最後2K下坡,腳趾磨得很痛,還是赤足趕回終點。 賽前宣言: 夏天跑山馬,希望涼爽一點!! 賽後評分: 風景優、補給好,路線硬+陡 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
