這陣子因為腰不舒服,加上天氣實在不穩定,很難好好跑步,昨天是太累了,今天則是下雨,本來想說這次的自主馬乾脆算了呢!
不過,七點起床看見外面天氣變得穩定多了,當下二話不說,背起我的背包,勇敢的出發吧!
今天天氣老實說不好跑,時晴時雨,更是悶熱呢,需要更多的補給才有辦法撐下去。
靠著一股信念,我又完賽囉,接下來就得看看我的腰,是否會有影響了唷!
