因為沒定到住宿所以前一晚沒睡覺~~~~身體狀況並非理想~~不過天氣非常好~~跑起來非常舒服~~~根本沒想這場破PB的~因為跑馬也才9個越~原定在12月9日曾文水庫目標430~~看來是也太小看自己了~~~~不過一開始真的不好跑人擠人,大會時間成績是417~~整整被拖了9分鐘~~~反正開心就好~~不過真的好累喔(愛睏到不行~~等火車中)
