今天與好友學志,彥士,超董,耀揚跑馬,七點才起跑真是太晚了,太陽已高高升起,前面20k感覺狀況不錯,430應該沒問題,到32k右小腿突然抽了ㄧ下,到35k左右兩腳小腿都感覺快抽筋,意志力完全喪失,只能跑跑走走回終點.感謝彥士ㄧ家人熱情招待,鵝肉超美味!
