久違的半馬。
早上起來戴上手錶心律已經100多(平常5~60可能是高山症的後遺症吧),感覺狀況不是很好,想說半馬可能撐不完。
就用高步頻小步幅來跑,能撐多久算多久,結果這樣反而較輕鬆,但是心律始終在170~180高檔,能撐完受傷半年來的第一場半馬,還是給自己一個掌聲^_^。
