屏東成哥 屏東成哥 初次113游泳部分去程靠岸游還OK,只是外圈折返回來之後又要閃人所以無法游直線導致多游了400m,單車部分去程很順速度維持不錯32-33左右回程就風雲變色了導致均速度一直降到30一下,跑步最厭世套中島跑到很想放棄還好有齁住。。。
整體而言與我賽前預估的時間一樣,至於會不會再有第二場我想應該要有充份的準備再說吧!!!
