高雄South 南 高雄South 南 昨天大掃除,大概搬了重物,今天腰一整個沒力又酸痛,
左腳底從開跑痛到結束,8K到中正湖的廁所參觀,花了2分多鐘,最後1.5K開始衝,結果被交管擋下,跑了不到500公尺就到達終點,又是里程不足~~
波哥說的對,跑不動就是操不夠,平常練習量太少~~16K開始就沒力,差點就停下來,還好撐住了~~
現在腳底痛到走不動,腰也酸到沒力~~
