每次來跑都是走很大
當然這次也不例外
這次目標設定在4小時30分
前半馬
被起跑時半馬跑者影響速度被拉暴了
到21k後整個就弱掉了 跑跑走走
後半馬是最虐心的
長長的上坡走的嫑嫑的
更虐心的是跑到了終點確不能進去
可能因為前面坡道走了許久體力又恢復了
過34k後又可以有6分速度可以跑跑
