| 第一次參加100公里,進入終點踩到感應地墊的那一刻,淚水禁不住奪眶而出,所以在拱門前獲得英雄歡呼衝線拍照時,人生難得的第一次就這麼被拍哭臉了。
現在心中千頭萬緒的感想還沒時間好好整理,月跑量才100K左右,最遠也只跑過53K多,只跑過4次全馬,初100K對我來說,太多東西想寫,跑100K究竟有多累?身體不知道,只能上網去爬文,看看前輩的經驗,不斷在腦中沙盤推演,熟記每一個關門點的時間,評估自己的能力,尤其是大約跑40K~66K左右,人很累太陽很大,幾乎寸步難行,時間一點一滴流逝,我卻是走的比跑的多,算算時間,完全不能耽擱必須在下午3點要通過70K的折返點把最後30K含跑走預估在4小時比較保險。
跑鞋如此磨腳,即使告訴自己一定要在3點前進到70K,可是腳已痛到無法穿鞋,因此到70K轉換時,大膽換上只練過5K的ㄚ拖,因為沒預期派上用場,所以沒帶五趾襪,只不過是早上ㄚ拖沒地方塞,看轉換袋還很空隨手丟進去的,反正不管了,只要能減輕腳趾的負擔,即使腳底磨破皮應該也能撐完最後的30K吧!結果這大膽的決定是正確的,ㄚ拖救了我,因為很輕,因為腳趾前端和側邊3-4個血泡,無法碰觸,穿著ㄚ拖正好避開,雖是預估3點離開轉換區,但還是耽擱了10多分鐘,得真正開始趕路了,一路秉持著上坡走下坡跑的策略,但至少20多K還很順,最後5K,整個腳板硬到不行,雖還是跑走,但讓自己盡量"跑"著不敢停,因為走也不能減緩腳板傳來的痛苦,更怕走著走著腳都動不了,天漸漸暗下來,回到市區的時候,眼前只剩下指路的箭頭、工作人員的螢光棒,前面跑者黑色的身影,心中把剩餘的里程換算成在體育場練跑的圈數,5圈、4圈…,總會到達的…
