身體不舒服所致(生理痛+腳踝內側痛+右膝蓋外側痛),第四圈開始就開始出警訊了,所以不勉強自己就走走停停吃吃喝喝,只有最後一圈有跑起來,覺得自己很蝦爆😂😂
自己狀況很差,但有始有終的毅力及意志力進步很多,很棒👍👍
