背傷+腸胃炎,害我得我一堆美食都沒吃到,只能喝開水、運動飲料跟冰豆漿!
跑2小時真的跑不下去了,後面4小時只好派出步兵了!這樣還不饒了我,居然~~~眼前一黑,還好在補給區內,不過一坐下來就吐了!😷😭😱
