| 今天南橫超馬真的讓我又愛又恨,前面70公里花了我7小時25分鐘,這算是跑的非常順,但是好景不常,就在80公里處發生了嚴重大抽筋,兩隻大小腿同時抽筋了,這時我只能說訓練不夠,雖然沒在我預設的時間內完賽,也算是讓自己上了一堂超馬課程。朋友們晚安喔! 賽前宣言: 加油喔!
