第26馬,這場賽事純粹是為了來台北開醫學會順便找一場賽事參賽,週週馬確實有點疲態,起跑前一小時溫度適合跑得還可以,一小時後太陽出現有點刺眼有風不會太熱,但也需要抵抗風勢會消耗掉一些體力,半馬之後比較沒有風了可是太陽的威力也逐漸顯現,只能低頭慢跑,路面看似平坦,其實有長的緩上坡及緩下坡,有些轉彎處路面會有些傾斜角度跑的腳很不舒服,足底筋膜炎也發作,本想看能不能sub345至少sub350,但真的很累腳很痛,在最後6K處追上台北的跑友Kevin,索性不求成績了慢慢和他一起跑完就好,跑完其實不會太累,而是左腳跟好痛啊!
賽前宣言: 國道馬剛好是要上台北開會的期間,把握機會來跑一下,希望無傷完賽不要影響到下週的初百K啊!
賽後評分: 封閉國道跑當然是完全交管,水站充足,各方面都不錯,是優質賽事.
