新北市ICEMAN0101 我的第四馬 ~
2018桃園市蘆竹海濱全國馬拉松
相隔三個月再次挑戰全馬,雖然練跑量較前次少了100k左右,但減量週身體和腳的狀況調整不錯,倒是信心十足(⌒∇⌒)
因為賽前MW跑友Gordon哥有提醒說這場不是好跑,順風逆風的( ̄∇ ̄)…
所以跑上61快速道路後,決定前21K採取較保守的配速,沒想到一路小順風(⌒∇⌒)算是跑的蠻輕鬆,偶爾還超速(還需趕緊降速)
通過折返點後,完全出乎意料⊙_⊙傻眼,剛剛明明是小順風(照理說回程應該是小逆風)……不,現在是一整路的大逆風、大側風(>﹏<)真的舉步維艱,偶爾搭上配速快又穩定的跑友列車,總算還能維持目標配速( ̄∇ ̄)
30K後很多人開始慢下來走路(大逆風真的很耗腿力),沒有跑友列車只好一人降速獨行,一步一腳印推進…跑在快速道路上感覺跟台北國道馬很像,但這強勁風勢讓整體難度提升很多,真的挺吃力(蘆竹馬叫海風馬比較合適^_^) 賽前宣言: 第四馬( ̄▽ ̄)ノ無傷完賽 賽後評分: 補給ok,加油團熱情*^O^*
