越跑越悶, 完全提不起精神.
過了32.5K吃了一根冰棒, 開始跑走跑走, 心裡只想著, 不跑只會更熱而已.
通過40K, 也就是去年大抽筋的地方, 發現身體沒啥異狀, 還好. 成績先擺一邊, 順利完賽就好~
