高樹馬後左大腿臀肌微恙,2月訓練幾乎只能維持體態,跑前就跟潮慢兄弟~阿偉說好一起跑,前段跟他的配速,跑熱後如果狀況可以換跟我5:10左右配速跑,30k後如果沒爆盡量hold住,希望帶他破3:53pb,可惜10k後阿偉狀況看似不好(感冒吧),速度一直掉,勉強帶他到24k,他說他要放掉了,也對啦感冒不勉強,就教他慢慢挺回,而我則慢慢凸,33k後我也沒力了,當了一小段步兵,最後保4成功,難得跑慢當然補給是不能放過,應該超過6年沒參賽了沒想到古都馬補給真的不錯,尤其35k的炸魷魚,吃得很滿足。
賽前宣言: 好幾屆沒跑,回到初馬賽事回味一下。
賽後評分: 有進步,整體各方面都不錯。
