台南Alan Kuo 今年的完賽獎牌設計不錯,很有質感! 天氣熱還是我的罩門,前20K還可維持在預定的配速內,之後覺得愈來愈熱,自覺PB無望了後,就突然沒有跑下去的動力,遇到上橋就小走一段。
走著走著一直都有想要棄賽的念頭,還沒騎著AED的醫護人員問了2次是否身體有問題?需要幫助!
最後就在吃吃喝喝走走跑跑的狀況下,還是回到了終點.....
