48小時賽事又棄賽了
當天起床就覺得頭暈沒味口了
起跑就跑不起來就用跑走的
4小時只有22公里開始跑起來
頭暈的現象消失了但11小時後喉嚨痛
到了20小時已痛到連吞口水都很痛
