桃園李彥霖 原本目標設定在320~325
但表現不佳~~
檢討原因:
1.賽前二週感冒,調整狀況不佳。10KM配速一直跑不進430內。跟之前輕鬆跑進430內,狀況明顯感覺不佳。
2.賽前一晚失眠,清晨一點就輾轉難眠。最大敗筆!!
剛起跑,整個身體很沈重,腳踩地面的感覺不真實,一直到10K左右,跑感才漸漸恢復,但是腳步仍然沈重。於是只能很保守在維持心跳155上下。在17K左右被小柯超車。
至於去年30K以後爆掉的狀況,這次沒有發生,算是唯一收獲,稍稍能掌握體力該如何調節,來應付後半程路段。
35K之後真的是魔王大關,明明已經加速了,但是速度就是沒辦法提升,感覺重訓還是該多做一些,才能見效。
