把自己沒做好的地方整理一下:
1.前30K有達標,後面就掉速了
續航力不足
2.進站補給還是手忙腳亂
3.喝水跟吃能量包的時機都不太對
4.逆風跟爬坡都會掉速
5.賽前一周嘗試多吃澱粉類食物,完全失敗!以後不要再亂搞了
每一次的經驗都是進步的原動力
