昨晚睡醫院,沒睡好,會場排廁所排太久,最後也沒上到廁所,也沒擠到前面,前半馬和後半馬速度差不多都是1:43,起跑時因人太多出不去,前5K跑25分多,後面5K有加速補回來,後來遇到配速差不多的跑者,跟到半馬時,他們開始掉速,所以就自己跑,30k以後速度就拉不起來,大多維持在5分速,續航力不足
