上禮拜四右大腿舊傷復發了且很嚴重,原本以為大概要坐回收車了,還好休了5天好了9成,在練習量超少之下跑到25K後就不行了,只能靠意志力慢慢撐回來。補給還不錯我除了舒跑之外只吃了半杯仙草,38K時吃了一顆魯蛋一顆蜜棗,蜜棗超好吃的很想再跑回頭拿,最後小破PB3:48:13完賽。
