| 接近終點前的幾十公尺,抬頭望向計時器顯示的數字,我難掩心中的激動!哽咽喊出終於破四了!吃課表的幾個月是頗為辛苦的,有太多因素說服自己今天不跑,諸如:空汙 下雨 寒流 工作累啦...等等的理由,所幸自己還是堅持完成,才有今天甜美的果實。自己準備好就等待天時 地利 人和的配合,還好賽前兩天的低温及吃吃喝喝高梁美食並沒有影響人和,順利的破四。感謝叡介紹漢森給我認識並鼓勵我逐夢。還有這一群跑步兼旅遊的好朋友把RED(running eating drinking)發揮到極致,沒有你們我的生活不會這樣精彩,感謝大家! 賽前宣言: sub 4,加油!
