第21馬
前幾天寒流但剛好今天開始回溫,一直很擔心後半馬太陽露臉又會重演阿公店馬的情景,還好後半段溫度雖然點提升但還在舒適的範圍內,太陽也不至於太強烈,後半馬在跑時比較能撐得住,掉速也不至於太多,因此跑出不錯的成績,這樣的天氣已是今年我參加的所有場次中最好的一次了,唯一一點可惜的是距離達到43K(認識的跑友每個都是43~43.2K),以至於官方紀錄沒有達到sub340,但已經很滿足了,接下來要好好備戰超馬了!
35K之後還是明顯掉速,可能是前面配速太快,也可能是今天穿薄底跑鞋(2年沒穿此鞋了),25K後左臀開始疼痛,過去穿稍微較有緩衝的跑鞋時不曾有過,應該是肌力不足造成,但最後1K還能加速且跑完也不至於太累,應該是氣候佳,後面幾K不需要硬撐,還能保留一點體力完成最後的加速.
