心情還停留在上個月中板橋馬剛破330PB的興奮及不真實感中,這回台北馬就很霸氣送我個濕冷氣團的大禮,從一開賽到30K先保守照著原設定配速及補給計畫順利前進,實際配速比預期快些但天氣濕冷加持,體感及心律很明顯比平日竹22練跑輕鬆,還是擔心這只是身體短暫假象而不敢太早加速,到了37K後體感依舊不錯才放心全開,難得最後3K均速還達4'15",並超出預期成績在320完賽,也順利將PB又往前推了9分多鐘。
期待2018年的賽事,能夠好運依舊,無傷的和大夥繼續跑下去!
<補給計畫>
1. 賽前30分鐘一包強效型能量膠
2. 10K後才進補給站,之後每5K進一次(只喝運動飲料吃香蕉)
3. 10/30K 各一顆BCAA,20/35K各二顆BCAA
