| ~生涯第九馬,完賽~
這場比賽本想趁著上禮拜的好狀況,再跑出破4的成績,而且賽前聽說賽道還滿平穩好跑的!!
但是沒想到到了會場發現今天是大腳丫長跑協會劉金書會長的"百馬",所以就改變主意跟著團員一起陪跑XD
整段路程約有一百多名團員一起陪跑,陣容之浩大,大夥配速也相當的穩定,不過出發只穿件背心沒帶袖套跟手套真的是錯誤的決定...實在是太冷了!!第一圈跑完衣服都還是乾的= =幸好第二圈溫度慢慢上昇,太陽也露臉〜跑起來就沒這麼辛苦。
今天真的跑得非常開心,完全沒有壓力的慢跑,但就是跑的久了點,腳超痠的啦!!
