台北市kimweng 本來很擔心今天會下雨,沒想到天氣沒雨又涼快,超讚超適合跑步的!
已經連續第四年參加觀音馬,還是一如以往的硬斗!28K左右左小腿及大腿又有抽筋的跡象,乖乖地停下來拉一下筋,爬坡段慢慢跑,真的跑不動就用走的,一路上都盡量在不抽筋的前提下穩穩跑,最後5K有點壓不住,還好還是撐過來了~~
