今年的封關賽事為100mile賽,我的秋冬跑馬季好快就結束了,11/5遠東馬開始,11/24-25冬山河超馬結束XD
最高級目標17小時超級難哈哈哈,但我的特別目標有達成,覺得感動。
賽事路線是先跑完尾數0.9244K後開始再吃個8圈,每圈20K的甜甜圈,小插曲是第二圈出發沒多久居然跑錯路,只能怪自己首圈沒有好好認完全路線,依賴著前方跑者下場就是...多跑了1.5K...
第二圈完看大會LED版上顯示我總14分6,隨後的每圈排名漸漸上升,清晨5-6點居然有一陣超愛睡期,當下看手錶配速掉到每公里8~9分有點誇張,靠著補站的可樂(有咖啡因)救援成功。
補給策略大多靠公補,三合一、巧克力、香蕉,這是難得的一屆三合一沒斷補的,看來是濕冷天氣跑者消耗的量較低(?)
繞八圈真的需要超強意志力,想當下130K多平自己單次最遠紀錄後還有1圈半要跑覺得好長,第七圈完成後想想差不多就半馬了,七圈半折返想想平常早上跟咖啡團們跑10K😍,最後兩K開始加速,終點線前衝刺應該有4分內吧,可惜兩隻手錶都沒電無法見證這段XD
