屏東黃智強 屏東黃智強 早上起跑就在下毛毛雨了,想說今天應該是下著雨跑了,管他下雨就照自己的速度,半馬跑完都還可以,大概在25k開始田中好漢坡出現了,速度立刻降下來了,好漢坡跑完整個速度也拉不太起來,儘量維持540上下,到了30幾k時候,自己愛炫看到攝影機,就跳起來讓攝影機照相,愛炫結果反而讓我小腿抽筋,早知道就不要跳了,這一跳確種下後面惡果,最後2k盡然發生我大腿抽筋,本來有機會可以破自己PB,後面抽筋就只能用很慢速度跑了,最後終點就差了1分多,如果不抽筋破PB應該沒問題,所以給我一個感想,真的不要愛炫雞熬,順順的跑就可以了。 賽前宣言: 抽中就好好去跑 賽後評分: 補給站很豐富,田中鄉親很熱情,有像在辦嘉年華活動 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
