| 從來沒有狀況這麼差過,天亮以後人反而開始昏昏沈沈,想睡覺沒精神,過了50K,已經開始抽筋、起水泡,內外都不舒服的情況下,實在很懷疑自己能撐持到什麼時候,尤其是在第三補給點用過午餐以後,大太陽+連續上坡+跑錯路的打擊,一整個就是想要放棄,心想下次再戰。
但是,心裡也知道這樣子不好,而且,這一場如果沒有完賽,下一場花蓮就沒意義了,畢竟我的目標是三百壯士,放棄這一場或者沒有完賽,我一定會懊惱一輩子。
儘管這是一點都不讓我趕到興奮的成績,不過,拿到一手爛牌還能不放棄不一路倒,還是很佩服自己,很難想像這70K是怎麼樣堅持的。
只是關於這次狀況不好,精神差應該是當天一點就起床,睡眠不足,生理時鐘也亂的了關係(是說,年初洄瀾可是一個晚上沒睡耶?);抽筋可能是我沒有補充足夠的鹽分,天氣微涼,汗水蒸發又快,讓我誤以為沒流什麼汗,輕忽的補充鹽分;腳底的水泡應該是有史以來最扯,整個小指的皮都脫落了,像是燒燙傷,腳底也一個大水泡,這應該是我穿了一雙比較新的厚襪子,和腳下虎走的鞋底顆粒早在金門就被磨平,失去緩衝的結果。希望我能記住這些教訓,才不枉我忍受了十個小時的痛苦啊~
賽後要感謝很多路上的伙伴,有陪伴我跑前50K的王裕宏大哥,雖然是第一次聊天,卻講很多馬場上的人事物故事給我聽,中後段給我補給與鼓勵的郭文全大哥與大嫂,像是家人一樣的關心,你們真是人生的燈塔啊~
