| 初馬山路真硬真熱。
我參加烏來馬拉松跑的步,是炎熱天氣及爬坡山路挑戰,初次參加挑戰自我,平安順利完成馬拉松,得意且慶幸經驗,雖然2週都封腿沒運動,也沒做好太多準備,這內心是認為這場當練習,本想輕鬆跑全程,但到了場上也總想盡力去努力,成績還不錯,也有拿到獎勵,第一次跑成績就被人稱讚確實高興,但是中間過程我也不斷有想放棄念頭畢竟42公里好長,身體負荷也到極限,只有堅持最後。回到終點辛苦代價值得,證明自己有能力完成,現在確覺得期待下次馬拉松機會。 賽前宣言: 初馬練習 賽後評分: 超硬超爽 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~138 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 138~155 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 155~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~170 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 170~175 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為175 點此去設定最大心率 |
