| 我的第一場正式的超馬100K終於完成了!雖然從清晨跑到晚上,從第四圈開始撞牆 (60 ~80),腳痛得根本跑不動,但是心中想著不管如何,我都已經撐到這個時候了,不一口氣跑到終點拱門怎麼行,我一定要跑完。最後兩公里我提起最後儲存的力氣,一口氣跑回終點。超馬賽100K的強度真的是太厲害了,我想這次我應該是有點勉強自己挑戰100K,可是我覺得還好我來了冬山河,因為這次的超馬經驗是我最特別的跑步回憶。
