新北市何宗霖 第一次跑超馬,其實還是訓練不夠,前30公里花了3小時10分鐘左右,後面20公里,就開始力不從心,花了2個半小時左右...其實好像也還好...這我以前跑半馬,就是這個成績,現在最後20公里,才是這個成績,應該高興了,只是腳不是很舒服,幸好沒自己開車回來,我坐在首都客運幾乎都在睡,不曉得睡了多久...不過目前身體還是蠻糟糕的...有累的感覺....以後還是跑全馬就好了,超馬還是不要隨便報名的好... 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
