台北市Isbug Chang 先講結論:春夏的河濱馬拉松根本不是人可以隨便吃的,那是神的菜單。
有鑑於老馬前輩的烤肉馬心得分享,之前就一直在猶豫要不要報名跑河濱的馬拉松,尤其是在即將進入夏季的4月。
馬拉松通常在三四個月前就得報名,熱門的馬拉松賽事秒殺更是常事,誰也無法預料跑馬當天的天氣型態,只能從歷年的經驗來推判,三重馬、海山馬這種河濱類型的馬拉松,由於河濱賽道沿途遮蔭極少,如又碰到艷陽高照的「絕佳天氣」,對參賽跑友真的是殘酷的「烤驗」。今天的三重馬雖然是有32度高溫的天氣預報,所幸太陽大多是被一層薄薄的雲層稍微擋住灑下的陽光,但也足夠讓人「黑」了一圈,跑完照照鏡子,發現牙齒變得好白喔!
跑馬拉松,每個人總是會嘗試挑戰自己的紀錄,21公里折返點時225,竊想SUB5或許還有希望,沒想到後半程太陽愈來愈大,就算在補給站猛灌水、猛沖涼,根本抵擋不住酷熱的天氣,腳步也愈來愈沉重,30K時瞄了一下手錶,發現SUB5大勢已去,跑馬拉松果然是30K以後才開始的,此時鬥志及耐力已全然被太陽給打敗了,從此跑跑走走變成走走逛逛,就這樣一路逛回終點。
心得:吃過石碇馬豪華補給的跑友一定會很不習慣三馬馬這種極其簡約的補給,尤其是完賽餐點竟然是以三塊麵包來搪塞飢腸轆轆的跑友,三塊麵包、三塊麵包、三塊麵包!(因為很重要所以要講三遍),第一次遇到這種主辦單位,整個傻眼,實在吞不下去,回到家只好去怒吃牛排補充蛋白質。 賽前宣言: 騎腳踏車就可以參加的賽事那是一定要報名的啦 賽後評分: 天然的河濱賽道沒有辦法改善就算了,補給太差,賽後餐點竟然是三塊麵包、三塊麵包、三塊麵包!(因為很重要所以要講三遍」 給 1 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~130 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 130~146 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 146~151 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 151~160 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 160~165 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為165 點此去設定最大心率 |
