天氣涼爽,還是比較好跑...跑了10幾公里都覺得還好,不過最後,還是覺得有點渴,很想放棄,跑18公里就好了,幸好最後有戰勝...撐到21公里,才停止...以後也要這樣,每次跑步,儘量跑半馬以上,希望以後全馬可以不要再走路了...
