| 赤足初馬快樂順利完賽︿︿
赤足練了一年半,或許是我比較憨慢,直到現在才敢赤足上全馬
既然是赤足初馬,因此只求順利完賽就好,以免患得患失
根據這兩週的練跑狀況,pace 4:50/K算是比較舒服的配速
因此這場就決定用這速度來跑,感謝老天賞了個跑馬的好天氣
加上今天狀況還算不錯,賽前已在此已模擬多次,享主場優勢
天時地利人和讓我的初赤馬順利完賽,又因里程數少1K的關係
讓成績又好看一些,賽後雙足無恙,亦無疲憊感,真是開心啊:D
雖然赤足練了近一年半(認真練習是年初開始),但感覺只學到皮毛而已
未開發、待進化之處還有很多,繼續努力吧!KEEP RUNNING~PJ
賽後的辦桌氣氛超棒,大家都是愛跑步的人,聊的很盡興
尤其有幸與超馬神人徐昌國前輩同桌,真是聽得津津有味啊! 賽前宣言: 同一場地的另一場「初馬」
加上有半年沒參賽了,真是既期待又怕受傷害
