25K跑跑休休(停錶)的練習
5K(上劍南路時)補水,
10K在補水一次,接著在到至善國中小解
水瓶放在老地方,從至善國中到溪和宮一路都是緩坡。
15K到了溪和宮,休息喘口氣洗個臉,就開始一路的下坡。
下坡途中錯過楓林橋對面的商店補給的機會,果然沒多久身體就感到疲憊了,下個補給點就是放水瓶的位置,這一上一下來回就將近10K,沒有進商店補給,實在大意了。
19.5K,到了放水瓶的位置趕緊補水,但在讓身體吸收還需要一些時間
20.5K,在故宮斜對面的小7,買了鋁泊包的麥香紅茶補給(因為找不到鋁泊包的舒跑),趁機會稍微休息一下,果然有些能量了,接著就把預定的時間給跑完
