起跑以六分速暖身,原本預計以五分半跑完剩下8K共10K即可,但速度跑不起來,只好以5:40~6:00/km左右配速跑個半馬的LSD,跑完舒暢多了。
半路遇到班長、阿彬,他們配速跑14K@約4:50,我今天是LSD所以就不跟了。慢的跑太少,不習慣,以後還是跑慢點。
厚襪真的不適合我,今天起水泡了,還是薄襪加薄底鞋合用。
