大高雄傳愛公益路跑,超半馬6:15起跑
在梅雨季中的賽事,還好早上沒下雨
起先一名年輕跑者與我一起跑,
看他應該跑得滿輕鬆的,15K之後我就越落越遠了
只能以自己的體能速度向前,5分半撐完全場很拚,
就連最後1K也不想衝了,一次比一次慢,
比高雄馬超半馬25K還慢,跑完的疲勞度,
比2/28當天15度的氣溫跑完全馬還累
不過總算跑完了,放 暑 假 了 ~
