抱著感冒參賽🥲
凌晨2點半起床,身體發燒,骨頭痠痛,心裡想著下樓給計程車司機錢,就可以繼續睡覺了。但身體還是很乖的準備了起來,簡單吃完早餐乖乖上車。
5:10起跑,但3:30已經到達會場,真心感謝自己早到了,因為想廁所的衝動來的如此突然,還好夠時間找廁所。
到了5:00起跑前10分鐘了,天空開始飄雨,還好我聰明帶了雨衣,但還是冷啊,身體發著燒,皮膚感受到涼意,上天真的在考驗著我,但我還是沒有離開集結區。
5:10起跑了,我已經調整好心中策略,今天只要能在5小時內順利完賽就好棒棒了,因此一開始就用自己舒服的速度跑就好,別急別趕,今天有很遠很遠的路線等著我。
但當距離來到15K的時候,我已經開始出現疲倦了,突然想到趕快惡補BCAA,但BCAA應該跑前就要吃了,骨頭痠痛,身體疲倦,讓我心中充滿棄賽的想法,但我還是頭腦想著,身體一樣硬撐下去💪
話說,這次每7.5K就補充能量膠,但長時間的跑步,飢餓感實在太強了,因此過半後都站站停下來吃東西,深刻明白為何補給站為何會放餅乾,算然吃的簡單,但真的有用😊
最後剩下10K的時候遇到撞牆,算然頭腦和跑姿都告訴著自己還在跑,但旁邊已經用走路的人都比我快了😭
