今天就是幹一件大事的日子⋯⋯
一直心中唸著要跑一次長距離,終於執行了,雖然一樣懶洋洋了太晚出門,不過還是跑下去了,事先規劃跑到1.9k就折返不要跑最後一個坡,等於來回一趟3.8k,目標600-615跑8趟,結果在第2趟回遇到一個文璋賢拜聊了一陣子,他全馬317,也是澎湖人,也要跑澎湖馬!真的太巧了吧~他對於我拿澎湖馬當初馬很訝異,因為上下坡起伏太大,加上半程都在東北季風大逆風,建議我拿它當初馬不要設定目標,避免受傷,能完賽就好,聽到連全馬317的前輩如此告誡,心裡又涼了一半⋯不過如果為了目標受傷,接下來的高雄馬才真的是涼了⋯
結束賢拜的指導後,繼續自己推進第3456趟,也練習吃了補給,加上一度飄雨,但是今天鐵了心要完成,最後第7-8趟,體能真的還是有差,速度慢慢放,不超速其實真的不太會累,小腿狀態也還好,維一不舒服的是後腳跟的疼痛越來越明顯⋯⋯到了最後一趟為了湊個77,多跑了一段坡,已經邊跑邊自言自語了😂😂
本日能遇到同鄉的人真的是很棒的一件事情,期待自己可以更努力一點~加油
