這是我的第5馬,心中希望能延續前4馬,每次都有有進步,甚至時間可達到4H以內,不過可能訓練仍能不足;可能對山路還不適應;也可能是天氣開始變熱了。總之,沒有達到進步的目標。不過對於全馬路跑初學者而言,每次跑步都是ㄧ個新的體驗,不只是各種路況的嘗試,對自身體力認識,也是對跑步技巧的學習,更是心理素質的調整。我還是一樣很高興完成一次路跑,也還是一樣歡喜健康順利的完成比賽喔!
