剛起跑就有點累了~~哈~~前3K背對陽光還好只是有點熱,轉到堤岸後就面西了,陽光照臉上真的熱啊,心律直線上升~~只能7分速慢慢龜了~~
過了台17太陽小了,但是風開始轉大了,離開河堤轉北竟然開始逆風了,還好快到補給點了
後話,大城真的很適合跑步,沿路沒幾輛車,直接跑路中央都可以的,路上也沒遇到幾個人,全程遇到的沒超過10個人吧,不過上次迷路沒帶手機也找不到人問路這算是有好有壞了 ^^
