買鞋送路跑的賽事
自從上次初馬賽韌帶發炎受傷後三周都沒跑步,離比賽前兩天因還未完全痊癒在跑步機試跑感覺看看,原本這場當作傷後調整賽,與幾個高職朋友因遲到晚通過起點出發後,完美主義又發作了,一定要認真好好跑,前面一直在閃休閒組的跑者與追趕半馬的集團,氣力放盡後,後面幾K因疲勞導致快抽筋了,只好一直停下來拉筋真慘,最後也順利完賽,慶幸的是沒受傷舊傷也感覺不痛了,希望下次能配均速,加油!
