今天是大佳辦的環台北60K,有不少朋友一同參與,昨夜開始下雨,所以擔心不好跑,剛開跑時雨停了,跑起來很舒服,但是跑到南港時又開始下雨,而且雨很大,鞋子一下子就濕了,最難跑的就是南深路,上坡4KM,可能下坡時我步伐太大,所以後來ITB在痛,雨又很大,淋著雨跑又濕又冷,ITB痛30K後只能跑跑走走,42K後跟北投的朋友一起回終點,最後花了8:11分才到終點,而且ITBS發作,以後不參加超馬了。
