| 狀況似乎不理想,剛開始5K大腿就有抽筋現象;一路提醒放輕鬆跑,還好都沒發生。只是意志力不強,第二次長爬坡隨眾走了一段,至此每逢紅燈前或保給站前都會走一段,也放棄目標4小時。不過,還是很高興能順利完賽。PS: 路線風景不錯,完賽的紀念品也裝滿一袋,讚! 賽前宣言: 加油! 賽後評分: 補給中規中矩還不錯也還密集,似乎停太多次紅燈!
